Solution Innovate maintains this building on behalf of the landlord. When we took it over it was discovered the Fresh Air Systems had failed and for quite some time. This ment the building failed its annual 12a BWOF inspection. The older failed unit was no longer manufactured, so we approached Temperzone NZ with our design specifications to custom make and supply a new suitable system. This was lifted into place after hours to not disturb the existing tenants and manage Health and Safety risks. It is controlled from the buildings time clock and is ducted through the building to suit. This install took us one day to complete and unit was up and running and complying with building regulations straight away, so a new 12a SS09 Could be issued.
